    Celebrate the arrival of spring by learning how to make soft, fresh Daifuku Mochi by hand. In this seasonal workshop, you will make four delicious mochi — including two of our classic flavors, along with two special spring creations.

    For this edition, our seasonal mochi include Sakura Cream Mochi and Yuzu Miso Mochi, inspired by the delicate and refreshing flavors of the season.
