Crafted in Aizu, Fukushima — the hometown of MochiAN. founder Izumi — this roasted soba tea ("Sobacha") is made by Naraya, a family business with over a century of history.
Its warm, toasty aroma opens gently with each infusion, offering a naturally calming cup at any moment of the day.

Buckwheat is naturally caffeine-free and rich in rutin, a flavonoid known for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits. Its magnesium content also makes it a soothing choice for easing everyday stress.

Easy to enjoy in many ways:
- Delicious whether you enjoy it hot or cold.
- Sprinkle over yogurt, ice cream, or salads for extra crunch and aroma

How to brew:
Use 1–2 teaspoons per cup. Steep in hot water (around 90–100°C) for 3–5 minutes, or infuse in cold water for a refreshing iced version.
