Dattan Soba is especially rich in rutin — a polyphenol with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits — giving this tea both depth of flavor and greater health benefits than regular soba tea.

How to brew:
Use 1–2 teaspoons per cup.
Steep in hot water (90–100°C) for 3–5 minutes, or infuse in cold water for a refreshing iced version.
