A blend of two premium cultivars—Saemidori, known for its bright green hue and gentle sweetness, and Tsuyuhikari, prized for its bold umami—this matcha offers a beautifully balanced profile: vibrant in color, fragrant in aroma, and rich in taste.

We recommend enjoying it in ways that let its flavor shine through. A simple matcha shot or iced matcha drink brings out the direct taste of the tea, highlighting its natural sweetness and complexity.
